I love this wallet! I have an older version of it - the leather looks like it's polished. It's extremely "slick" and a bit stiff - even after 6 years; and the only way anyone can tell it's been used is because of the scratches on the metal frame. They should use brass or something that doesn't get worn-looking.

So very few companies make ladies wallets with double coin sections any more (they call them receipt pockets). I use one section for coins and the other for important business cards, duplicate keys (house and car), and the list of meds that I take.

If you need more storage (for pictures, etc.), just do what I did - buy an inexpensive plastic photo insert!

I sincerely hope Bosca never stops making this wallet. But just in case, I'm seriously considering purchasing another one and just storing it to have available when mine finally wears out (or something on it breaks and can't be repaired). I KNOW I'd never want any other type of wallet. I've purchased double-coin French wallets for 46 years, and I'm not about to change preferences after THAT many years! LOL

This is a very pretty wallet. It is new and, as everyone knows, a wallet is not really useful for the first year. It is very stiff and I haven't been able to figure out where to put things. I am sure that by the time this one wears out, it will be perfect!
