It is a very attractive sculptural presence on my desk, reminiscent of "Bird in Flight." And fits my hand perfectly. I had to return the first one, though, because of too many micro-scratches on the chrome; it was replaced quickly, but there are still a few scratches that can be seen up close. Also, I wish it took a better refill: I like true black inks and this isn't close. I wouldn't get it for primary use, but for its elegant design.
