The design is slightly flawed in that in its wheeled configuration, it is kind of "floppy". Also, there are two leather flaps at the top, presumably to cover the zipper-pulls, which stick up and will eventually become unsightly and catch on things. It would be better if these flaps snapped on to the bag, which would decrease "floppiness" and keep the flaps tucked down.
