Executive Essentials Shipping Rates

If your items total more than $50 Executive Essentials is pleased to ship your order for free via UPS Ground Service. If your items total less than $50, there is a shipping charge for shipping via UPS Ground Service (see table below for shipping prices). Executive Essentials ships within the continental United States.

Desk Blotters and Bookends incur an additional shipping charge of $10.00 per item due to their oversized/heavy nature. If your package is returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to, missing address/apartment information, Executive Essentials will have to charge a fee to re-ship the order. If Executive Essentials is responsible for the delivery error, we will re-ship your order at no charge to you.

Executive Essentials also offers express shipping that guarantees the delivery of your purchase within 2-4 days. Delivery charges for express shipping are based on your order’s sub-total. Please see table below for rates. Express shipping for each oversized item will incur an additional $25 charge per item (items with any dimension 24 inches or larger are oversized.)**

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges. Free standard shipping is not an option for orders shipping to these areas. An Executive Essentials customer service representative will contact you with a shipping estimate when we receive your order. Feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order at 800-680-PENS (7367).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ExecutiveEssentials.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from ExecutiveEssentials.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Due to the high cost of shipping our products, Executive Essentials will be charging a shipping surcharge of $20.00 on any packages that are returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to, missing address information or refusal of the shipment. Free prizes or gifts may not be eligible for international shipping.
