If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Executive Essentials offers a No-Hassle, FREE return policy* on any unused items (items under $50 do not qualify for Free Returns). No additional re-stocking fees! Product(s) must be in new, unused condition, and returned in original packaging and with all original tags attached. Simply call Executive Essentials Customer Service Department at 1-800-680-7367 for a Return Authorization number or e-mail us at email@example.com. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. You must include the RA number when you return your item(s) to us. We need to receive your return within 30 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of your items*, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Monogrammed and engraved items are not returnable. Fountain Pens that have been filled with ink are also not returnable. * Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original documentation. The items must have no visible scratches, marks, or blemishes. In addition, there must be no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case. The product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return with any indication that it has been used. If any of these conditions are present, you may be charged back the return shipping fee.
Due to the high cost of shipping our products, Executive Essentials will be charging a shipping surcharge of $20.00 on any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information or refusal of the shipment.
Holiday Return Policy
For orders received on or after November 1st, Executive Essentials will extend our return policy to give you the flexibility you need at this busy time of year! Call us no later than January 15th, and we will send you a pre-paid return label.
