Once you have received your authorization code, please ship your items prepaid. Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Unfortunately, fountain pens that have been filled with ink are not returnable.
