beautiful but many problems, 11/29/2008

I loved the looks of this product, especially the bold yellow color. It looked unique, and I had heard great things about Libelle, but I had never purchased one of their writing instruments. I LOVED this pen when initially taking it out of the packaging. The weight and comfort of it were perfect. The problems started after the ink ran out and I had to refill it. The 'hidden' spring in the barrel disappeared (as it is not affixed to the inside nor does it attach to the ink cartridge). Once the new ink was in place, I thought I was back in business. Unfortunately, when trying to cap the pen to carry it with me, it suddenly would not snap on securely. I have become increasingly dissatisfied with this product due to the flaws in construction of it.
