What Are These People Talking About?, 1/23/2012

First off, if I would have known the words "Kenneth Cole" and "Reactor" were printed right on the fake and cheaply-made clasp ( it closes with difficulty and looks like some kind of toy metal, certainly not a clasp of a $260.00 briefcase!) I would never EVER have ordered it. For a serious businessman such as my husband, whom I happily bought this for, it is a bad joke. I'm informed I can't send it back-- because I stupidly had faith in this company to have sent me a quality item, and when I ordered it I had it embossed with my husband's initials. Now I am stuck with this unusable thing. Good for kids maybe. Disappointing, in deed.
