If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, Executive Essentials offers a 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy on any unused items. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase date. Once you have received your authorization code, please ship your items prepaid. Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Due to high shipping costs, Executive Essentials will be charging a shipping surcharge of $10.00 on any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information or refusal of the shipment.
Unfortunately, fountain pens that have been filled with ink and personalized items are not returnable.
Note that Executive Essentials unconditionally guarantees all merchandise to be free from any manufacturer's defects.
